Module 1: Vision and Strategy (1 month)

We work on the link between your creative ambitions and your business objectives, developing a clear roadmap that respects your identity while aiming for performance. Participants learn to use strategic planning tools adapted to creative cycles, to identify their unique competitive advantages and to structure their positioning in their market.
Module 2: Financial Management (1 month)
Mastering financial indicators specific to creative industries and setting up a tailored management system. This module demystifies financial management for creative professionals by offering visual and intuitive performance monitoring tools.
