Co-creation workshops harness collective intelligence to turn creative ideas into concrete solutions through collaborative, hands-on learning.
Co-creation workshops form the core of our participative teaching approach. Unlike traditional top-down training, these workshops are based on the principle that participants already possess a wealth of experience and knowledge that needs to be revealed, structured and brought together. This bottom-up approach, in keeping with our general methodology, enables creative entrepreneurs to learn by doing, to test the concepts immediately, and to leave with concrete solutions developed collectively.
Collective intelligence takes on a particular dimension in the creative world, where inspiration is often born from the meeting of different worlds, the confrontation of different points of view, and collaborative experimentation. Our workshops create favourable conditions for the emergence of innovations by bringing together complementary profiles around common challenges, using visual and kinaesthetic methods adapted to creative people, and alternating phases of creative divergence and operational convergence.

This workshop transforms the entrepreneurial reference tool into a specialised version that integrates the artistic, cultural and social impact dimensions specific to the creative sectors. Participants work on their own project, benefiting from feedback from the group and the expertise of the facilitator.
